These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the bdjoy platform and all its services. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using the platform.

bdjoy is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement that is binding between the user and bdjoy.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

• You may have only one account registered in your name.

• You are of sound mind and capable of making decisions independently.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account closure. Information required at registration includes:

• Full legal name

• Date of birth (to confirm 21+ eligibility)
• Mobile banking account details for payments

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Only one account may be operated per individual, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. bdjoy will never ask for your password or login information.

3.1 Login Credentials Protection

• Never share your username and password with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. You will remain responsible for all transactions made from your account until the matter is resolved.

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds into bdjoy, we accept mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
• Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Make sure to use the correct reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails or there is an unusual delay, contact our support team immediately. Keep the transaction reference number and screenshot for your records.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus):

• Only the actual deposited amount may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Bets on some games may count differently toward wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details.
• bdjoy reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

bdjoy regularly runs various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer. Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time — please read the guidelines for each offer.

6.1 Betting Limits

bdjoy sets its own minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting category. These limits will be clearly displayed on the relevant game page.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error, bdjoy reserves the right to cancel or amend a bet.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be cancelled.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, please keep in mind that outcomes are entirely uncertain. bdjoy does not guarantee any specific outcome and there is no method to ensure a result.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

bdjoy operates under a fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjoy platform:

7.1 Fraud & Deception

• Creating an account using a false identity or information
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment details
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources
• Any form of collusion or coordinated cheating

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Attempting to manipulate game code or algorithms
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions

7.3 Account-Related Violations

• Using or managing another person's account
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual

8.1 Closure Initiated by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

8.2 Suspension by bdjoy

bdjoy may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false identity or information
• If the account holder is found to be a minor

8.3 Suspension Procedure

When an account is suspended, transactions and betting will be temporarily halted during the investigation. If the investigation is completed and no violation is found, the account will be reinstated.
